Yes, full payment is required before training commences.

You can pay by credit or debit card, or in cash on the day of training.

If your employer is paying on your behalf, full payment is required before training starts.

However, depending on the efficiency of your local finance department, and from our experience of dealing with local authorities and different hospitals, you are probably best to pay for yourself and request reimbursement from them on completion of your chosen Unit(s).
